Delivery & Returns

For all floral arrangements seen in our Collection, we aim to dispatch within 10-14 days of your placed order.  All hand tied bouquets are dispatched within 5-7 days. You can see specific delivery times on each product, as they can vary slightly. 

Each and every one of our arrangements is handmade to order, and we want these to be perfect, so it takes a little longer. If you need something quicker, please give us a call and we will do our very best to accommodate the request.

For all bespoke arrangements we will endeavor to deliver your order to your time requirements, but please give us as much notice as possible to avoid disappointment. 

All our floral arrangements are quality checked before they are dispatched. Please ensure you choose your floral arrangement carefully, as we are unfortunately unable to accept returns, as each order is handmade especially for you. 

Should your arrangement arrive faulty or damaged, please make us aware, along with a photograph, within 24 hours of receipt. Forever Luxury Florals Ltd will endeavor to put this right.

Forever Luxury Florals Ltd does not accept returns on sale items or gift cards, and only offers exchange of faulty products. Unfortunately we are unable to issue refunds.
